To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jil90 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the jil90 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jil90's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jil90 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil90 does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may occasionally affect service availability. jil90 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime where reasonable notice has been given or where the downtime is beyond jil90's reasonable control.

Upon termination of your account, jil90 will return any genuine funds held in your account balance, net of any bonuses or funds subject to ongoing investigation, within a reasonable timeframe and subject to verification. In the event of any dispute arising between you and jil90 in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact jil90's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jil90 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.
jil90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the jil90 platform. The revised Agreement will indicate the effective date of the amendments.
Your continued use of the jil90 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
